Essen, February 11, 2026 – easy software AG has achieved ISO 27001 certification for the development and operation of cloud-native solutions and software for enterprise content management, digital archiving, as well as invoice, personnel, and contract management.
The internationally recognized ISO/IEC 27001 standard confirms the systematic and sustainable establishment of a professional information security management system (ISMS) and underscores easy’s commitment to maximum security, availability, and confidentiality of business-critical data.
The new certification fits seamlessly into a series of awards that easy has recently received for IT security measures. Back in 2025, easy was awarded by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for its consistent implementation of modern email security standards against spoofing, phishing, and unauthorized access. In the same year, easy received BITMi certifications for development, hosting, and secure data processing in Germany and was able to extend its existing ISO 9001 certification for quality assurance.
For the ISO 27001 certification that has now been awarded, easy’s security architecture has once again been raised to a higher level: ISO 27001 means that processes, technical measures, and organizational structures are holistically geared toward minimizing risks, protecting data, and responding resiliently to cyberattacks.
