EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN: DE000A2YN991, WKN: A2YN99) was informed by major shareholders, who together represent more than 60% of the voting rights, by letter that these major shareholders have lost confidence in the management of the company’s CEO, Mr. Dieter Weißhaar, primarily due to repeated missed forecasts. The major shareholders have announced that their confidence in Mr. Dieter Weißhaar is to be withdrawn at an Annual Shareholder Meeting. The next Annual Shareholder Meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2020. Whether an extraordinary shareholder meeting will have to be convened before then has not yet been determined.
