Mülheim an der Ruhr (Germany), November 23, 2011 – In terms of this year’s motto “Meet, connect, benefit” at the DNUG Autumn Conference 2010 in Frankfurt, the representatives from EASY SOFTWARE AG delivered interesting presentations on the highly topical issue of compliance.
In his presentation “Archiving: What’s mandatory, what are the options, and which added value does it provide?”, Wilhelm Flintrop, project manager at EASY SOFTWARE AG and regional manager West at VOI, conveyed the most important rules for legally compliant archiving to an audience of about 40. Following this, Dirk Wrany, business unit manager for IBM software solutions at EASY SOFTWARE AG, presented a convincing overview of the advantages integrating archive systems, which can automate compliance with legal provisions on saving important data, to the participants. The result of the presentations illustrated the variety of added values when using EASY NOTES for archiving IBM Lotus Notes documents. In combination with EASY ENTERPRISE, as well as other products from the EASY SOFTWARE product suite, all information emerging in an organization can be centrally archived, and made available via the IBM Lotus Notes client.
Again this year, many prospects attended the DNUG Autumn Conference. With about 250 participants, the DNUG Conference demonstrated that it is an important part of the Notes community. Collaboration, compliance, and many other issues are important contents of DNUG which are crucial to the sustained success of enterprises. “To us at EASY SOFTWARE it is clear that we will be an integral part of the DNUG conferences, allowing us to showcase our product EASY NOTES to the audience for which it was made, that is, the IBM Lotus Notes/Domino users,” says Dirk Wrany.
