EASY committed to phone-based document management and Azure Cloud

Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany – With its newest solution EASY EverScan, EASY SOFTWARE has transferred the DMS topic to smartphones. The phone-based devices of all users are replacing specialized scan workstations and permanent workstations in offices. Always available, the cloud is replacing servers in corporate data centers.
After brief login the application is ready for use, the only procedure consisting of photographing the desired document. Following this, the document is indexed and stored safely in the cloud archive. This allows users to open it anytime, anywhere, using EASY EverScan or a Web browser. “Usable and easy-to-use phone-based scenarios in the DMS market are becoming more and more essential. With its EASY EverScan software, EASY SOFTWARE is adding an entirely new dimension to the market,” says Dr. Torsten Engers, head of Product Management at EASY SOFTWARE.
Visitors to DMS EXPO may get initial previews of the new product EASY EverScan from October 23 through 25, 2012 in Hall 5, Booth A39. For more information and your opportunity to make an appointment, see here.
