EASY training centre: Two decades in figures
When everything runs smoothly, clearly and simply for the user, the developers, consultants and administrators have done something right. For, even when software is intuitive to use, implementation, background processes and, not least, the daily management all require specialised know-how. EASY has been providing this know-how for 20 years as a matter of course. Twenty years ago, EASY opened the training centre in Mülheim an der Ruhr – with it, EASY became one of the first DMS/ECM providers to offer extensive training sessions.
USP in the market
The training sessions by EASY continue to set the benchmark, and this has been proven in the key figures: There are around 400 different standard training sessions on the basic products of EASY alone. Many of these now take place several times a year. In addition, over recent years, the EASY training team has organised around 1,100 individual training sessions. When you add it all together, it amounts to an impressive 6,500 sessions with a total of 21,300 participants.
Training and industry meet at once
The didactic concept is consistent. It is proven by the fact that many participants come back for more. “Lots of people enjoy coming back to Mülheim for further training. Through this, we can establish that they have remained loyal to EASY, even if they may have changed employer in the mean time”, explains Hermann Werntgen, who has been working in training at EASY for around 17 years, and who has managed the department for around five years.
When viewed like this, it is hardly surprising that EASY training sessions are also used by participants to exchange the latest information and to network. “At EASY training sessions you can see that they have become almost like an industry meet. One of our regular visitors has completed 78 training days over the years”, says Werntgen. “Could there be any better praise for our work?” EASY would like to take this opportunity to say a massive “thank you” to all past and future participants for their loyalty and appreciation.
