Stefanie Kemp, born 1963 in Düsseldorf, started her career in the healthcare industry, before moving into information technology about 28 years ago. After more than 10 years on the supplier side, she moved to the user side in 2002 with companies such as HypoVereinsbank and Thomas Cook. In 2006 she became Group Chief Information Officer of the Vorwerk Group. This experience of functions, industries and companies provides a good basis for defining future-oriented IT organisations, processes, services and products. In 2011, Stefanie Kemp won the “Global Exchange Award” and was “CIO of the Year”. In 2016 she was a member of the Advisory Board of the Digital Economy NRW of the Ministry of Economic Affairs North Rhine-Westphalia. She is currently a jury member of the Digital Leadership Award, a member of the funding committee of the ICT Lead Market NRW and a member of the advisory board of the eco Association. Ms. Kemp joined RWE in 2013 and is responsible for the GroupCIO Office. She was a member of the management team of the Initiative Innovation@RWE, Executive Sponsor for digital Disruption and Head of Digital Domain. Since April 2018, she has taken over the newly founded Transformation, Innovation and Digitisation division of Lowell Financial Services.

Since 2017, he has been responsible for the entire digital development of the Bundesliga soccer team. Since the beginning of the year, his department has also included e-sports.

Before joining KPMG, he held various management positions with well-known companies (VW, Thyssenkrupp, RWE, E.ON, Comcast and Deutsche Telekom). Working in various business development projects he has developed new services and products across industries and established them at leading companies.

Since then he has worked on various projects, discovered his passion for project work and has developed further in this area. Since 2008, he has been working as a sub-project manager in major projects, such as the introduction of the final withholding tax at LBBW. Since 2012, he has been IT project manager for (major) projects and has coordinated the “LBBW Corporates Portal” project as part of his activities.

Lutz Gantert has been responsible for the introduction and further development of various systems and applications for corporate customers at LBBW for 15 years as a specialist area project manager. Between 2015 and 2017, as the overall technical coordinator for corporate customer business, he was responsible for the migration to a new core banking system. Since 2017, he has been responsible for the design, implementation, and rollout of the “LBBW Corporates Portal” project in his capacity as departmental project manager.

Dieter Weißhaar has 20 years of international executive experience in the technology industry. In particular, the economist can boast expertise in the sales, customer service, product management and marketing areas of market leaders such as IBM, ThyssenKrupp Information Services, Oracle, T-Systems and B2X Solutions GmbH.

She worked in Arkas Holding Company as a Senior Business Analyst up to 2007.  Between 2008 and 2012, she served in Agito Consulting as a lead business analyst and project manager. In 2012, she continued her career in Atos  as Senior Project& Service Delivery Manager,  serving leading telecommunications companies and banks. Between 2014 and 2016 she served in Accenture as a Technology Consulting Manager. Currently Mrs. Koçhan is the Enterprise Solutions Manager within Pegasus Airlines and serves Finance, HR, Flight Academy, Safety and Audit Departments.

Robert Leubner began his professional career in 1997 at Deutsche Telekom working in sales. He quickly discovered his affinity for the electronic sales processes and his passion for innovation in communications technology. In his time working for Deutsche Telekom he was able to share his passion by lecturing in Deutsche Telekom’s business forums. In 2004, he moved to the healthcare industry. With further studies in business administration and marketing, he took over the position of Head of Marketing and Sales at the FAHR Betriebskrankenkasse. Following a merger with BKK Gesundheit, he was appointed Head of Sales Support and later Head of Market Strategy. In 2011 he moved to BKK Linde as Head of Marketing. In 2015 Robert Leubner together with d.velop ProAPE GmbH won the “Enterprise Mobility Award” of the Vogel IT Academy for the BKK Linde Service App. The first cloud-based self-service app in the insurance market. One year later, this innovation was crowned with the “dfg Award”. To this day, BKK Linde is synonymous with the driver of the digital transformation and innovation process in the statutory health insurance market.

Among other things he gives his voice to WDR 1Live and inspires the audience at big live events like Germany’s next Topmodel.

Michael Sebastian has been head of the PCM Product Development (EASY for SAP) department at EASY for 10 years as Principal Software Engineer. EASY Process2Design was created under Michael Sebastian’s leadership. Previously, Michael Sebastian worked at nextevolution, which was taken over by EASY in 2015. The milestones of his previous professional career also had a strong SAP focus, for example at IXOS and OpenText. This provides Michael Sebastian with in-depth knowledge of development-relevant SAP topics.

Sven Hundstein has been working in the field of document management systems since 2003, initially in support and later in professional service. The main focus in this time is Capture solutions, mainly in the area of invoice recognition. In the two years before the change to EASY Sven Hundstein was in the Professional Service and as project manager for mailroom solutions on the road: here with focus on data extraction and classification. Sven Hundstein has been Product Owner at EASY since 2017.

Ulf Wüstefeld

Ulf Wüstefeld has been working for EASY for more than 10 years, currently as Product Owner for EASY for Exchange, EASY for Notes and EASY for SharePoint. Ulf Wüstefeld joined EASY in 2008: first in Support, then in Product Management and then in Consulting. Ulf Wüstefeld’s characteristics include extensive experience from various perspectives, but always with a focus on Microsoft.

Sven Kalinowski

Since 2016, Sven Kalinowski has been driving the development of the EASY for Dynamics NAV interface at EASY as Product Owner. His latest focus is on the EASY for Dynamics AX interface. In addition, Sven Kalinowski assists support and consulting. Sven Kalinowski previously worked as a consultant for Microsoft Dynamcis NAV at GOB in Krefeld, where he was responsible for several tasks including; application development, project management and organization as well as training.
