Audit Compliance: EASY Archive 6.2 and EASY Archive Smart 6.2 Successfully Certified

Imagine you could use an electronic archive in your company as a database that gives you the option of storing data and documents that are subject to legal (tax) retention in a revision-proof and EU-compliant manner.

No wish, but reality with EASY: The independent auditing company PKF Fasselt Schlage has successfully tested the invoice-relevant and tax-relevant functions of the archive software EASY Archive 6.2 Service Release 2 and EASY Archive Smart 6.2 Service Release 2 at EASY SOFTWARE AG.

Companies that use an electronic archive as an invoice archive have appreciated the certification of such an archive according to the IDW PS 880 standard for many years. The certificate according to this test standard is an important prerequisite for an audit-proof handling of incoming and outgoing invoices and, especially in Germany, a good basis for the so-called “GoBD conformity” of the procedures used in the company.

For some time now, digital archives can also be certified according to the international testing standard ISAE 3000. Thus the ability for long-term storage and for the “revision security” in Invoice processes is not only confirmed in Germany, but also globally, i.e. beyond D-A-CH, with it.

EASY Archive 6.2 and EASY Archive Smart 6.2 are now certified for this as well.

Auch dafür sind EASY Archive 6.2 und EASY Archive Smart 6.2 nun zertifiziert.
