- HR generalist with 17 years of experience in the ECM market
- New concepts for interaction in everyday decentralized work
- Promotion of promising talents within the company
After 17 years of HR work at the SER Group in Bonn – 12 of those years in a leading position – Carolin Meiser knows the characteristics of the ECM market inside-out. Starting November 16, 2020, she will lead the Human Resources department at EASY SOFTWARE, accompanying the company as a specialist for the strong ECM market, which has been given new relevance by COVID-19.
EASY is considered an expert for software that enables decentralized remote work. Since spring 2020, EASY itself has been proving that coordinated teamwork is possible even without physical presence in the same building. Like many other companies, EASY faces the challenge of creating points of contact and identification with the company, despite remote work. In light of this new challenge, Carolin Meiser plans to further promote social interaction at EASY, and above all to integrate newcomers to the company in the best possible way despite the trend toward remote work.
” While the industry I work in remains the same, EASY is a new company for me, with a new philosophy and a new approach to collaborative work. I would like to grow with the company and I am not a manager who only delegates from the top down. I have a relaxed attitude towards my team members and I am not too ashamed to work at the grassroots level. In many cases, the HR team has a different view of employees or of new issues that the company wants to tackle. These different perspectives should be used to achieve the best possible results for the company,” says Carolin Meiser.
“As an HR generalist, Carolin Meiser convinces with versatile strengths: In addition to the necessary formalities as HR manager, she is an expert in recruiting, personnel development, personnel concepts and more. The same values count for EASY and Carolin Meiser: open communication and mutual appreciation at eye level. Motivated, satisfied and committed employees always come first. In recent years, EASY has increasingly focused on promoting promising talents within its own organization. EASY plans to further expand this goal in 2021 with the help of the new HR management,” says CEO Oliver Krautscheid.
