After 17 years of HR work at the SER Group in Bonn – 12 of those years in a leading position – Carolin Meiser knows the characteristics of the ECM market inside-out. Starting November 16, 2020, she will lead the Human Resources department at EASY SOFTWARE, accompanying the company as a specialist for the strong ECM market, which has been given new relevance by COVID-19.

EASY is considered an expert for software that enables decentralized remote work. Since spring 2020, EASY itself has been proving that coordinated teamwork is possible even without physical presence in the same building. Like many other companies, EASY faces the challenge of creating points of contact and identification with the company, despite remote work. In light of this new challenge, Carolin Meiser plans to further promote social interaction at EASY, and above all to integrate newcomers to the company in the best possible way despite the trend toward remote work.
