EASY SOFTWARE Boosting Selective Sales Approach

EASY SOFTWARE are extending their Corporate Marketing by focussing on interlocking their sales and marketing activities in line with their overall growth strategy. From June 1st, 2017 Birgit Eijkhout has been appointed Head of Corporate Marketing at EASY SOFTWARE AG.

“We consistently extended our portfolio of solutions supplying our customers with advanced and new tools to successfully digitize their companies”, says EASY CEO Willy Cremers. “therefore we are able to open multiple new perspectives to our customers – this will show itself in intensely focussed sales approaches and channels.

Building Trust

This is why the software company is empowering their Corporate Marketing by winning Birgit Eijkhout as Head of Department. Eijkhout has profound knowhow concerning marketing of ECM solutions including a position as Head of Marketing at her former employer d.velop AG. From that experience she states her new challenge: “EASY products and services are always placed right into the companies’ hearts. Whoever decides himself for us has to be 100 percent sure to do the right thing. My job is to strengthen the EASY brand and therefore furthering the building of trust in our superior products.”

Priming Brand Identity

“Mrs Eijkhout is bringing extensive online knowhow with her”, so Cremers. “Computerization of business processes is entering a new phase and is offering enormous chances to our company. Marketing will play its central part, therefore we assume this to be a project lasting a couple of years. Mrs Eijkhout and her team during this time will prime our own Brand Identity, develop our agile Content-Marketing-Strategy for our digital channels, and will address additional customer groups – also and even especially in the online sector.”

In doing so Eijkhout is focussing consequently on integrated marketing: “Acquiring new customers will require to convince IT experts as well as top management. Therefore we will need different instruments and channels as well as a close coordination with our partners and our own EASY Sales Department. We want to appear as one brand und convince as a whole. This is the common goal of my team.”

Before she came to d.velop and now EASY SOFTWARE AG 42 year old Eijkhout had been working for international as well as national marketing organizations and agencies (ORANGE Communications in Switzerland for instance).
