The Invoice Connector add-on seamlessly integrates the versatile advantages of EASY Invoice into the Dynamics 365 Business Central interface. Common invoice formats such as digitized paper invoices, e-mails with PDF attachments, e-invoice formats such as ZUGFeRD, XInvoice, Fattura PA, and others thus become directly accessible in the Microsoft client. With the Invoice Connector, customers can manage, approve and do more with their invoices with or without purchase order reference – even on the move via smartphone or tablet. Individual workflows adapted to the needs of the company form the basis for these verification, release and posting processes. The EASY Invoice connection even supports customers with formal commercial checks, for example in accordance with § 14 UStG.

The direct connection to Dynamics 365 Business Central increases the efficiency and transparency of the entire invoicing process and reduces cycle times. This saves customers time and money, among other things through cash discount gains.

The basic integration EASY for Dynamics 365 BC is used for capturing, processing, and revision-proof archiving of all business-relevant content created within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
