In the compensation proceedings initiated by the Company against its former Spokesman of the Management Board, Gereon Neuhaus, and its former Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Manfred A. Wagner, in connection with the “SBR” complex, Mr. Manfred A. Wagner filed an appeal against the judgment of the Duisburg Regional Court of April 29, 2019.
The Company has decided to join the appeal by way of a subsequent appeal.
