Nobody has always in mind which functionalities a software application contains or what has to be considered during its installation. The online documentation for the EASY applications makes it easy and uncomplicated for you to answer such questions in the event of a problem. The documentation is an integral part of the EASY solutions – and for good reason.
Here you will find all information and notes on the respective release you are currently working with in German and English. We have also improved the user-friendliness of the EASY documentation. This includes, among other things, that we have adapted the design of the website to that of the EASY homepage, so that in future you will also be able to navigate visually in your familiar environment. Another major innovation: the responsive web design, which ensures a device-friendly presentation, regardless of whether you access the EASY documentation with a laptop, tablet, smartphone or the like.
As an EASY customer, you can access these documents via https://docs.easy.de/ by entering your existing login data for the Service Desk web portal or the EASY extranet. If you no longer have your credentials or have not received them yet, e.g. because you are a new customer, please contact EASY Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
