For a long time, the stated tasks of their customer service were documented on paper. This information was then entered – sometimes only after days or weeks – in service software. Ritter replaced this manual procedure with a mobile phone-capable app based on the EASY SPIRIT Cloud Platform.
The data collected on the go now automatically flows into the service software. It even works without an Internet connection – most Ritter products are located in basements. The app not only supports the technician’s workflow recorded in SAP technically, but also through an intuitive user interface and easy to understand queries. This guarantees the error-free collection of the necessary data. Another added value: subsequent system processes enable service-certified partners to acquire vouchers.
