Archiving of all OfficeLine internal documents is automatically triggered by printing the document. This ensures that all documents are actually archived, as is required for audit-proof archiving. With the CS.DM.archivmanager all printable data can be archived from Schleupen.CS. Based on the file and the list organization, documents required to be stored are indexed automatically so that index fields for the corresponding archives are filled with data directly from the application.

For technical programs, archived documents can be displayed directly from the archive. Thus, it does not matter whether the documents have been archived from Schleupen.CS or have been scanned, for example, by means of EASY Capture Plus. The decisive factor is the correct indexing according to file and list organization. With the EASY4COMARCH Business Package, a comprehensive and deep integration into COMARCH ERP Enterprise from version CEE 5.3 was created, whose communication is continuously based on web services and thus works in real time.

Via a comfortable administration interface in CEE it is possible to parameterize and define all document types using the respective EASY schema. All standard document templates - from the worklist to the commercial documents in Sales and Distribution and in Procurement to the payment plan - have been enhanced so that they can be archived.

Via the "DMS Research" cockpit, which is available in many places, the process-related documents are displayed directly in CEE together with an automatic preview. In addition to the possibility of a full text search in the ECM, a process search in the EASY web client is also possible.

Process-related archiving directly in CEE and the use of EASY Capture Office archiving round off the functional spectrum of this business package.
