Ad hoc report pursuant to Clause 17 of the German Market Abuse Regulation – Changing the forecast for FY 2019

Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany – February 21, 2019.

As part of the preparation of the annual financial statement, the Management Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN: DE0005634000, WKN 563400) reviewed its revenue and earnings forecast for fiscal year 2019, known in the market, with regard to the acquisition of Apinauten GmbH. From today’s perspective, the Management Board therefore expects revenue figures for FY 2019 to amount to €51.0 million – €53.0 million, and Group EBITDA to amount to €2.8 million – €3.8 million. Thus, revenue will be on average 6% higher and the EBITDA margin 26% less than announced in the original forecast of September 21, 2018. One-off effects from acquisition of Apinauten GmbH, such as start-up losses of about €0.4 million in FY 2019, and the financing charges for capital increase and debt capital financing of €0.5 million impact Group EBITDA.
