As part of the subscription offer published in Bundesanzeiger on February 20th, 2019, the existing shareholders of EASY SOFTWARE AG (WKN: 563400, ISIN: DE0005634000) subscribed to all 1,039,039 new bearer shares by exercising their subscription and oversubscription rights. The capital increase was fully placed at a placement price of EUR 4.81 per share. As of January 1st, 2018, the new shares are entitled to dividends.
When exercising the subscription rights to subscribe 765.167 shares and thus a subscription rate of around 73 percent, 273.872 shares were available for oversubscription. A total 4.782.925 shares were registered for oversubscription. At 5.548.092 shares, capital increase was significantly oversubscribed.
The issuing proceeds of approx. EUR 4.99 million serve to finance parts of the purchase price for the shares in Apinauten GmbH purchased by the company.
