Ad hoc report pursuant to Clause 17 of the German Market Abuse Regulation – Earnings forecast for the 2018 financial year abandoned

Mülheim an der Ruhr, January 7, 2019.

In the course of preparing the annual financial statements, it became apparent that the results of EASY SOFTWARE AG and the Group, in addition to expected one-off costs, will be significantly impacted by additional one-off cost effects, which are largely attributable to other periods and caused by the acquisition of Apinauten GmbH. On the basis of previous findings, the Management Board anticipates additional one-off cost effects totaling around EUR 1.0 million. These will lead to the fact that the forecast Group EBITDA of EUR 0.4 million to EUR 1.0 million will most likely be significantly missed. The Management Board is therefore withdrawing its earnings forecast for the 2018 financial year. A revised forecast is currently not possible with sufficient certainty, as the company has not yet completed the closing entries.

The revenue expectations of EUR 45.0 million to EUR 47.0 million are maintained.
