Ad-hoc-release – Announcement of the resignation of Supervisory Board members

Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, November 10, 2020.

Stefan ten Doornkaat, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG, announced this evening at the joint meeting of the Supervisory Board and Management Board that he intends to resign from his position as Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG effective at the end of the company’s next Shareholder Meeting. The two other members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Armin Steiner and Mr. Serkan Katilmis, have also announced corresponding resignations. The resignations are taking place against the background of the change in the majority shareholding in the company resulting from the completed takeover bid by deltus 36. AG and in view of the wish expressed by Battery Ventures to completely reoccupy the company’s Supervisory Board.
