Ad-hoc-release based on article 17 Market Abuse Regulation – Executive Change

The Supervisory Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG resolved in its extraordinary meeting yesterday night to appoint Mr. Oliver Krautscheid, who previously served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, as further member of the Management Board. Mr. Krautscheid for this reason stepped down as member and chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect of the end of February 10th, 2020. The vacancy in the Supervisory Board is to be eliminated by means of a court appointment.
