Ad-hoc-release – Compliance audit of management measures of CEO Dieter Weißhaar initiated

The Supervisory Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN: DE000A2YN991, WKN: A2YN99) has initiated a compliance audit of management measures by Management Board member Dieter Weißhaar. A first interim report on the compliance audit is now available. However, the legal assessment of the results has not yet been completed. The compliance audit is being conducted with the aim of clarifying both burdening and exonerating circumstances.
