Ad-hoc-release – Expected dismissal of CEO Dieter Weißhaar

The Supervisory Board of EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN: DE000A2YN991, WKN: A2YN99), currently consisting of two members, today voted to dismiss the member and chairman of the Management Board, Dieter Weißhaar, with immediate effect for significant reasons. The reason for this is the now completed analysis of the results of a compliance audit conducted by the Supervisory Board.

The decision made today should be confirmed immediately after the Supervisory Board has reestablished a quorum.
