Annual General Meeting adopts all proposed resolutions on the agenda with large majorities
The 2021 Annual General Meeting of EASY SOFTWARE AG took place virtually on June 24, 2021. In addition to standard agenda items, the remuneration system for members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board was addressed.

Andreas Zipser, the newly appointed CEO as of March 1, 2021, introduced himself to the shareholders and gave an overview of the management priorities in 2021 for the EASY Group. The CFO, Oliver Krautscheid, explained the 2020 business results and the business development in the first five months of the current year.
Shareholders representing a total of more than 87 % of the share capital took part in the voting on the agenda items. They approved all the resolutions proposed by the management by a large majority. The agenda documents and detailed voting results can be viewed on the EASY SOFTWARE AG website.
