Delisting of EASY SOFTWARE AG shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with effect from the end of February 15, 2022

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange today notified EASY SOFTWARE AG (ISIN DE000A2YN991) that the application for delisting of admission of EASY SOFTWARE AG shares to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (General Standard) has been approved. Accordingly, the delisting will become effective at the end of February 15, 2022. After this date, the shares of EASY SOFTWARE AG can no longer be traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
