A special highlight of the release is the introduction of the AI toolkit, which integrates AI-supported functions into invoice processing for the first time. From automated posting suggestions and the determination of factual reviewers to the checking of payment terms and accounting-related decisions, artificial intelligence actively supports users in error prevention and process optimization.
User-friendliness has also been further improved: Workflows and tables can now be controlled entirely web-based, eliminating the need for time-consuming XML adjustments. Standard processes and individual workflows are now clearly separated for better overview and greater efficiency.
Flexible connection to ERP and third-party systems ensures significantly reduced integration times. With the new easy Mail Gateway, inboxes can be managed directly in the web client and new services can be integrated – including a native eInvoice service.
The performance of the solution has been optimized through comprehensive refactoring of the server logic, supplemented by extended calculation functions and improved rounding behavior. Support for users in checking and recording tasks in the client has also been specifically enhanced.
