On June 1st, Rachel Taylor assumed the position of Director of Finance & Operations in EASY Software UK. Her promotion strengthens the company’s commitment to women in IT.

Rachel has been working for EASY SOFTWARE in the UK for 15 years. In addition to responsibilities for finance and operations (billing, facilities management, local HR and revenue management), Rachel will also help to drive strategic programs. Before joining EASY, Rachel spent a number of years working in Recruitment.

The “WINIT – Women in IT” program was developed to help talented women pave the way for their careers. WINIT is designed to encourage women to share and implement their ideas, influence and become part of EASY’s modern innovative management. Through training and the exchange with experienced colleagues, the employees can develop their skills and themselves personally.

Andy Boulton, Managing Director of EASY SOFTWARE in the UK, commented on her appointment: “Having executives in the management team with boundless energy, intelligence and integrity in our company is essential for us to deliver quality results to all our stakeholders; customers, partners, employees and shareholders.
