Katja Gasser took over the position of Director People & Organisation at conrizon AG on October 1, 2025. In this role, she is also responsible for personnel management at easy software AG, a subsidiary of conrizon AG. conrizon AG is a group of companies focusing on digital business processes and enterprise content management (ECM) for medium-sized businesses in Europe.
Katja Gasser brings with her around eight years of international experience in human resources and transformation. Her professional career has included positions of responsibility at Firmenich and dsm-firmenich, a global company in the chemical industry.
Most recently, she was Senior Manager responsible for change management in a global financial transformation. She also has in-depth HR expertise in the areas of legal & compliance, global operations, and talent management. Her focus was on organizational development, talent development, and cultural change.
