With extensive experience in change processes and expertise in personnel management, Nhi Stein will support the realignment of EASY SOFTWARE as Director People & Organization starting December 1, 2021. In her role, she will, among other things, align her area of responsibility more strategically, as well as focus on corporate culture, employee satisfaction, and leadership consulting.
Nhi Stein’s experience in personnel management and organizational development is based on ten years of success in international corporations. Starting in 2012, the fully qualified lawyer was involved in setting up the personnel department of a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Group for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia. Most recently, since 2018, Nhi Stein was Head of People & Culture at i:FAO Group GmbH, now a subsidiary of Amadeus IT Group. There, as a strategic partner, she advised the company management in the areas of change management, talent management as well as corporate culture. These tasks made Nhi Stein an expert in the areas of organizational and strategic personnel development as well as restructuring and cultural development.
