Wagner gegen das Urteil des Landgerichts Duisburg vom 13. Januar 2016 zurückgewiesen. Das Landgericht Duisburg hatte Herrn Manfred A. Wagner zur Zahlung von Schadensersatz in Höhe von EUR 1.513.000,00 nebst Zinsen verurteilt.
