Das Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf hat nach der Zurückweisung des Rechtsstreits durch das Revisionsgericht und erneuter Verhandlung durch Entscheidung vom heutigen Tag die Berufung des ehemaligen Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden Manfred A. Wagner gegen das Urteil des Landgerichts Duisburg vom 13. Januar 2016 zurückgewiesen. Das Landgericht Duisburg hatte Herrn Manfred A. Wagner zur Zahlung von Schadensersatz in Höhe von EUR 1.513.000,00 nebst Zinsen verurteilt.
