Der Aufsichtsrat der EASY SOFTWARE AG hat heute beschlossen, Herrn Andreas Zipser mit Wirkung ab 1. März 2021 zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) der Gesellschaft zu bestellen. Der aktuelle Alleinvorstand Herr Oliver Krautscheid wird sein Vorstandsamt ab der Vorstandserweiterung in der Funktion des CFO fortführen. Mit der Erweiterung des Vorstands soll den wachsenden Anforderungen bei der geplanten Weiterentwicklung der Gesellschaft Rechnung getragen werden.
