conrizon AG acquires HENRICHSEN4easy GmbH and strengthens its market position in the European ECM sector

Essen/Straubing, June 16, 2026 – conrizon AG continues to grow: Through its subsidiary easy software Deutschland GmbH, the group has acquired HENRICHSEN4easy GmbH, based in Straubing. With this move, the European ECM holding company is strategically expanding its brand portfolio to include additional document management solutions as well as specialized industry offerings—particularly for the utilities and waste management sectors and the public service sector.

Strengthening the Portfolio and Expanding Consulting Expertise

Through the integration of HENRICHSEN4easy GmbH, conrizon AG is expanding its existing ECM product portfolio—which includes easy, PROXESS, HABEL, and Shareflex—with additional high-performance solutions for electronic archiving, document and workflow management, and industry-specific applications.

At the same time, the group is strengthening its expertise in consulting and project management and is consistently pursuing its growth strategy in the European market.
