conrizon AG Continues Its Growth: friendWorks GmbH Strengthens the Group

conrizon AG, via its subsidiary easy software, has acquired the remaining shares in friendWorks GmbH, based in Straubing, and is now the sole owner of the ECM consulting and services company.

A key driver behind the decision was the acquisition of Portal Systems AG a year ago and its successful integration into the Group. friendWorks has been a long-standing partner of both easy and Portal Systems. Consolidating all competencies under one holding company creates a strong foundation to further develop existing partnerships and deepen collaboration across the Group.

As part of the acquisition, Thomas Bürger, previously a shareholder, will join Michael Eisler and Alois Weissthanner as Managing Directors of friendWorks GmbH.

friendWorks will continue to operate as an independent service provider for customers outside the conrizon Group. At the same time, its close alignment with easy and Portal Systems unlocks additional potential and enables closely integrated collaboration within the Group.

With the full acquisition, conrizon AG underscores its commitment to strengthening its subsidiaries over the long term and jointly driving their continued development.
