EASY heads into digitization full throttle

Change is a constant. Therefore, with Change Management, EASY created the best prerequisites to continue moving forward and meet the digital transformation just as successfully. For a company in the information industry, digitization is naturally a key subject with which EASY grapples intensively. With their software solutions, EASY strives to simplify the typical workday of customers and their employees. For EASY, digital applications clearly offer the opportunity to understand, analyze, optimize, and systematically digitize their customers’ business processes. In short, the goal is to successfully help design the digital era.
The vision up to 2021
Following intense processes with participants from every business area, EASY has adopted a digital agenda which will be part of its company strategy in the coming years, and will determine the operational framework for all employees. Digitization is irreversible. With it, business models and value chains, as well as products and services will change. In a time when people are increasingly online while on the go, seek information in the Internet, and purchase directly there, EASY continues to prioritize a clear customer focus. What does this mean specifically?
The focus of EASY’s digital strategy lies on four areas of action in which initial projects have already been started: portfolio, marketing, digital process environment, and digital trends. For EASY, however, the digital process is a living thing and will be constantly designed anew. Forward into the Cloud with a good example: alongside on-premises solutions, custom services are in greater demand today. EASY can accommodate that by introducing agile IT architectures based on Cloud solutions. Customers and partners are already benefitting from the EASY CLOUD PLATFORM.
In June, EASY had already introduced agile content marketing, a strong tool for remaining close to the customer and offering target-oriented, concise content and knowledge.
In house, EASY is replacing heterogeneous IT systems with a uniform solution which will simplify the processes and structures within the company and make them more transparent.
When it comes to digital megatrends such as AI, blockchain, IoT, or Big Data, EASY SOFTWARE AG stays close to the action as a “fast follower”.
